I have for sale, a nice Richmond Gear 4.30 ring and pinion set for the 489 8 ¾ case. The pinion uses the coarse spline yoke. They are P/N 6900601. The gears were in a 68 Dart bracket car for a couple of seasons, have 35 runs on them and show an excellent wear pattern on both the thrust and coast side of the gears. I couldn’t see any cracks by looking at it and they didn’t make any noise when in the car. I changed the gears because with a new engine combination we needed more gear.
