Just a thought, but any neighborhood kids that might be interested in learning how to repair cars, and you can be there instructor for the head swap? Or maybe a college kid on winter break? I'm sure that there must be a kid local, as native Vermont kids must have mechanical aptitude, with all the farms and snowmobiles around. Just trying to think outside of the box for you.
Did think of that.... Not enough strength or wit. Not a single one is mechanically inclined enough. And no teens here unless you mean cretins that think gangs are cool. My half inch impact is the biggun from walmart. Weighs a ton.
