Magnum swapping the 72 Scamp!
The pan came off and found some grey "greasy" junk in the bottom of the oil pan. it has I think 4 oil changes on it (break in plus 3 or 4) and 3k miles but nearest I can tell that looks like the ARP bolt lube in the bottom of the pan. This pan design makes getting all the old oil out impossible with the baffles during a change.
The only other thing I can think is the last few times I ran it were very short durations in and out of the garage so it could be condensation in the oil that didn't burn off?
Will get a look at bearings when doing rear main seal.
