Well I ordered some 2" mandrel bends which should be here this week. This is why. No room for a 5 inch radius bends.

Then I got the old stuff off snd the jeep stuff on here today. After getting it together I have definitely decided to use the red high temp and satin clear on the calipers to make them pop a little more. The granny gold color on them now just ain't doing it for me.

Nothing crazy today. Just got my coupler in the mail and was able to make sure that the 3" pipe clears and mounts exactly as planned.

Well im a special kinda dummy. while spending all my time on the middle line and the fronts, I just tossed the rear lines in the back and didn't give em a 2nd thought.....Then I found em an had my dummy moment. So then I threw the two new rear lines on. I have to say this entire inline tube kit fit like a glove. Every bent exactly how it needed to be and I couldn't be happier with their product and fast shipping.

After I got that done I received my 10an T fitting for the oil pan so I can drain both of these things, then I hooked the drain lines back up.

Then I got my 2" mandrel bends sorted out for the wastegate dumps, yes im dumping them rather than recirculating them to the exhaust.

Took em over to my buddy Jeremy at rent a lift and got them welded up. Then I coated and wrapped them and got it all back installed.

I just don't understand this. I'm not into this transgender kind of car.
I don't get it either. He coulda done the right thing and ordered a purple cam, a set of finned Mopar valve covers, and been done.

Instead he took the cheap and easy way out. Doing a bunch of fabrication and troubleshooting to use a twin turbo, aluminum, injected, overdriven, 6 bolt mained, 300+cfm.......what a cheapskate pussy.

Yup...real hot rodding ain't for everyone

Wish I had half his skills.......

And thank you all for the kind words and support. It definitely isnt a build for everyone, but it is most definitely my time, money and effort so I will make it how I want. I am particularly fond of going the road less traveled, which is why I got the 75 swinger in the first place. I love this car inside and out. Half tenors to the get the wife a dart too. But were both set on a 68 Camaro as pur 2nd hotrod in the next 5 years or so.

But this will be fun nine the less and has given my son and I alot of time planning things out together and showing him how to see a problem, do research and develop a solution. I'm definitely hally with the way things are coming together consider half of this is done in a storage unit. Lol.

This is hot rodding and I like it. Very cool build. You could do an EVO twin turbo 4 next lol oh wait didnt we have an SRT 4 dart in the works. Heck anything goes neat mash up of old and new. I bet its a lot of fun to build and drive. You learn then what would I do different what was the best part! Interior and its a modern car that will be around for years! You save a car from a life of field duty and rust!

Nothing too crazy going on yesterday. I got my 6an to 4an reducer fitting in the mail finally so i can finish reducing the feed line down accordingly to feed the turbos. I also pulled all the turbos and stuff back out to do some touchup painting in the back from all the cutting and in and outs of the turbo setups. So i got all sanded down, primed and repainted. I also cleaned up the cuts and picked up some trim to go around the cuts to make it cleaner as the exhaust passes through. all my couplers for the 2.5" cold side pipes are in the mail and will be here next week, cold side pipes will be welded on Monday and should be ready to install with the blow off valves Tuesday. I'm also picking up some flexible exhaust pipe just to make sure the exhaust and waste gate dumps is aimed downward so i can get this thing tuned and to the exhaust shop to finish up afterwards.

I also was also able to run the alternator positive, and ecm/fuse panel positive and starter/starter relay positives all the way to the back of the car and get them tucked nice and neat under the carpet. So all that wiring is complete. I also ordered a new headlight retainer ring for the passenger side because the jb weld fix i performed didn't necessarily fix it. lol. luckily the jeeps run the same headlights and i was able to find a ring for $11 new shipped. So hopefully by next week everything is done with the exception of the tune.

Don't forget the Crager wheels and air shocks...

Previous owner had the air shocks in rear and mag 500 wheels In 14x7 size If I remember right, or maybe 14x6
It's funny how in the 70s everyone used air suspension to raise cars and now air suspension is used to lower cars/trucks.

Nice work by the way. Comments from the haters are always funny. They just reassure the stereotypes, like corvette guys and their jean shorts and white shoes.

Hey now....I've owned a couple of bad azz Stingrays. ...!

Did u wear Jean's shorts and white shoes??
I actually always pictured the Vette in the right lane doing 55, the guy wearing his varsity letter jacket, and the chick that was hot 30yrs ago playing on her cell phone in the passenger seat.
