I'm not sure how much of this, if any, apply to me? I won't take it personal.

We don't have a complete picture here, wouldn't it be nice to know all the facts? A discussion helps with that.

A good friend has two clients that got popped for this, one in Beverly Hills in a car, the other in thousand Oaks on a bike.

I just want to avoid getting caught in this trap, the more you know.
