There is an extension harness that runs up through the hood pockets. You will have a hard time finding something specific ones but run a piece or string or wire up through and measure how long then search for that length. Or just build your own with 18awg black. There are also nylon clips that hold them at the rear of the hood and at each run out to the lamps. I believe the originals were one piece but the aftermarket ones have a shorter lead off the lamp. The clips are available from R/T specialties.
