Dash Light Reverse Indicator

It pulls apart at the back. Its similar to a side marker lamp. Pull the bulb socket out of the bezel, change the bulb and plug it back in.
 
Also, don't pull on the wire, you may need a small screwdriver to get it started unplugging, its sort of like a metal cylinder that plugs in the bezel.
