So, back in 2007 or so, I bought a TKO600 from Keisler, and due to changing priorities, I was unable to get around to installing the thing. Now I have the time and a place to complete the project, but after a handful of moves, I've gone and lost the instructions and the template for cutting the floorpan.
Instructions....pffft....who needs them? But, I feel the template could be kind of important. So I contacted SST, and the cat I talked to tells me that the template changed a year ago or so. He explained why, ultimately the reason isn't terribly important...
So, I'm wondering if someone here was smart enough to keep the template after they completed the install? And, if so, would you be willing to part with it?

After reading another post about them, SST, I’d call them up and ask for the template. There rep here so far seems good. You yourself said they were pretty ok to talk to so why not just ask? Can’t hurt!

They no longer have the old template, that’s the problem. They changed something on the transmission to improve the pricing (his words), and now a new template is used. I think I’m just going to cut and trim until I achieve an acceptable driveline angle. So long as the finished result can be covered up by the supplied sheet metal.

Oooooo, I’m sorry man. My bad.

Good luck with the project. I have a feeling after a bunch of trial and fit tries you’ll have it in, in no time.
