Interesting information Ford vs Dodge

It's a fun video, but not to be taken seriously. Nolan Sykes doesn't make it clear what he means by the term "own". Does he mean it as in "purchase", or in its postmodern sense, as in "to get the better of someone"? For example, Dodge Bros. never bought Ford, nor did they ever invest $10,000 in Ford. They owned 10% of the corporate stock, which Henry Ford had to give them in order to get them to agree to be paid when the cars were sold, rather than upon delivery, as the Brothers had been insisting.
