I’m selling a a body four speed setup, y’all may know more about exactly what I have than I do on the bell housing and such. I’m asking $1000 for it . I’ll work with you to pallet it and take it to fastenal. I’m in Pikeville Kentucky 41501 . Thanks

With an F-body crossmember

Pedals appear to be A-body, not F.
But I think there are three types of A-body pedals, and from the picture I can't tell which it is.

Bellhousing is A or F body overdrive , trans is cast iron, if it is an OD trans it is one of the early (75?) ones, crossmember appears to be non a body and the pedals look to me like 67 or maybe 68 vintage A body.

If the seller would provide the #'s that are on the transmission, could you guys say what it was?

It doesn't look like the counter shaft has a welch plug on the forward end. All ODs do, including the cast iron ones. That might actually be a real 4 speed. A better pic of the machined and stamped pad would help. Also a picture with the side cover removed would go a long way to determine its value. What is the diameter of the input bearing housing?

If the bell is good, no cracks or stripped threads it is probably worth 150 to 200 as it sits. The same applies for the pedals.

According to the 10,000 day calendar the number 5368 is April 8, 1976. It was my understanding the cast iron case od transmissions were made in 1975 as a one year only deal, although in photos that sure looks like cast iron to me.
