Earlier in this thread I said that I put my original starter back in. Boy that was dumb! Now it has to be changed out. Lot of work taking the headers loose and dropping them down a bit. Of course you know what happens when you remove the end exhaust bolts on your heads. You get a flooded garage floor real quick! Well anyhow, I ordered a new mini starter through Amazon from DB Electric. $79 delivered to my door. And it was for a 96 dodge dakota v6. Thanks Mike . Should have listened you and the rest. Now I get to put it in tomorrow in the freezing cold .I have some heat in the garage but it's still awfully cold on the floor. Stupid , stupid, stupid! Oh Well, as they say "live and learn". Couldn't do this without all your help . Thanks much!
