I think his DartCharger was an early build and could be that was the only style available.
I’ve had both the CA-spec and non-CA air cleaners/oil fill caps and other than the hose fitting, they are identical. Also The 65 383 4 barrel lid and some CA-spec slants with a 1 barrel base are identical except they were painted black
Your Dartcharger should have a chromed air cleaner och breather hose since it was sold in CA only. So both air cleaner lid and the breather cap should have a nipple for the hose in between.
