Tamraz has 50% off until 12/31

I called them today. They are not sending my two 68 Barracuda Bumpers and issuing me a refund on my Card. Sucks, You would think they would have honored the sale but they won't. Can't say I'm happy how they honored their sale.

Damn. I think they bit off more than they could chew. Their site should have updated inventory.

FYI, I asked Summit if they price match and they said yes, until they saw the price. They said 50% is below their cost and couldn't do it.
 
I’m not super upset to hear I’m probably not getting my bumpers. I’m kind of annoyed that Tamraz has not reached out to me to inform me of their lack of stock. It’s been over two weeks that I have essentially been loaning them money.

I got about half my parts, I never got my floor pan, one rear quarter extension or my front valance, and not a word from them yet, maybe I keep hoping they’ll be on my doorstep when I come home.

I am happy with the parts that I did get though, my front and rear bumpers the door skin sway bar and one of my other quarter panel floor extensions
 
For those of you that have not received your parts, you need to call them and inquire about them. My guess is your not getting them. Today is the first time that i was home from my vacation. First thing I did was call them to check on the status of my 68 Barracuda bumpers. My 69 Dart bumpers were delivered about a week ago. They informed me at this time that I was not going to get them and they were out of stock. They also said they would credit my Mastercard. I asked them to send me an email when they did this. Don't wait call now.
 
I got all my parts but two. I had to open with the driver because the boxes were so damage put the parts were not. I could not believe it and so happy they were not because I did not want to deal with that.
 
Sorry to hear you guys are having the same problem I went thru. I called them on 1/8 and the guy I talked to put me on hold forever and was an ***. If you are going to make a business offer honor it. The bumpers for Barracudas were listed in stock not only on their site but on their EBay also. I just won't do business with some outfit this unprofessional.
 
I am not surprised that they shut it down lol. When do you ever see 1/2 price?? Never....Shoulda thought that through a little better lol
 
From what the guy told me was any innovatory they have they have to pay taxes on. It all made sense to me. So why pay taxes when you can sell as a loose and use it for a right off and end up making more in the end. Thats why I think they did it.
 
I've ordered parts previously online and picked up at their old location without issue. It's was very evident they do for the GM folks over Mopar.
The website issues noted here previously are likely a clue to the inventory quantities. As an example...……..

Tamraz's new warehouse is not far from me. They recently moved to this "high rent" district.
It probably what spurred the "get rid of old inventory" 50% sale.
Wondering how long they'll last.

Got a full carpet set for my 64 cuda 269! Nice stuff came fast also.
 
I finally got around to installing the bumpers on my 69 Dart. Quality is pretty good, not NOS but still very nice. I weighed the originals and the AMD's and they were about the same.
 
Now I have to call and fight with Tamrazs on Tuesday. Bought the pair of Dart bumpers and a pair of 68 Barracuda bumpers which they didn't have. So they refunded me for one Bumper, not two.

My order says one bumper, but if you go to the original p.o. it says how many items. I would assume their system probably reverted back to full price at some point and that’s maybe what they are seeing. Either way, I’m waiting it out. I will keep checking with amd, before tamraz, and see when their next round of bcuda bumpers are of avail, then call and press the issue

Called this morning about the Challenger quarter I ordered. Same deal, they claim the website stopped updating inventory and since the part isn't in stock the sale price wasn't valid. They're supposed to refund my money, the guy answering the phone seemed at least somewhat sympathetic and said he would check on my refund. You'd think it wouldn't take them 3 weeks to return my money though, since they knew weeks ago they didn't have the part in stock.
 
I got the same excuse from the guy that answered. I think he said they had over 2,000 orders on that sale! I'm still waiting on the refund for my front valance. It's been over a week since I called.
 
I talked to Brad today about only getting my card credited for one bumper instead of two. Told me he would get it straightened out and credit my card for the second bumper. Didn't happen today, guess I'll give them till Monday. They seem very slow to refund money? Took 16 days to get half my money back.
 
Well I am pleased to report that Tamraz did issue my Credit Card a credit for the second bumper. All is good. This deal worked out good

He ordered bumpers for his Road Runner and it's been three weeks and nothing... He called them and they said that they are out of stock and will issue a refund... :mad:

Why couldn't they just back order them and send them when they get in??? :realcrazy:

He's not going to buy anything from them anymore... They lost a customer... :icon_fU:

Well because at 50% off , it's costing them money. There isn't that much mark up on parts. I talked to Brad there and he said they will never have this sale again. He said they were combining several warehouses into one and needed to move some inventory fast.
