8 3/4 Yoke Issues, U-Bolts? Big Straps?

I have some pictures to share. Driveshaft, yoke, u-joint etc. So I don't have any idea what yoke is on the rear. I have decided the drive shaft has the wrong u-joint for what I have anyway. So I am think about just getting another driveshaft built.
