Thanks. It’s been on going up and down. Reinjuring over and over. It’s just me and the heating pad. Drugs are fine when the pain isn’t blasting through them.

Found the heated vibrating pads helps a lot. Then my sister gave me a vibrating massaging recliner. Now I don't need the chiropractor so much.
Just lifting 5 gallons of gas or a cylinder-head can knock it out again. Other times I can carry around a 727 and stuff like that with no problem. I gave up on pain pills a long time ago. Didn't like the side affects. But who doesn't like morphine. lol
