Its extra work for me that honestly I dont see a benefit of -- because for it to be meaningful I'll have to post a big explanation listing all the changes, because when I post that there will then be 50 questions about "what changes" I'll have to answer -- then debate on those changes before anyone has seen them. In the end - you'll still need to 'see' the changes before you can really comment on them. Then there is the question of how long before the changes should I give for members to login and see the notice?
Funny thing is - there weren't many changes here- and some members are like "whats with the change?" If I was going to do some kind of major revision, like when we switched software, I would certainly forewarn the members.
