I`m skipping most of these posts.
I have one of the new short clutch type laying on the bench, it was as close as one of the real early pics w/ about 3/4' clearance, it does have the slotted holes, and the bushing for our smaller shafts. It does take a regular mopar fan designed for the clutch types.
The only reason I am not using it is "I believe" is, my engine is kind of on the edge for a streetcar , and the outside diameter of the clutch it self blocks airflow to the fan. The same size fan w/o a clutch of any kind cools better than the clutch for me.
I have enough under hood heat, that its melting the plastic vents I put in my fiberglass hood , on the hottest summer days.
The new clutch measures exactly 2 5/8" tall , laying it on the bench and measuring to a straight edge laying across the face of it.
IT IS FOR SALE IF ANY ONE NEEDS IT . Comes w/ the studs and nuts I used ,only ran for about an hour .
