Carb Gasket?

Have a 74 360 -performer rpm and edelbrock 600. What are you guys using for a Carb. base gasket? Just put in a new gas tank and I sprayed some starting fluid in. She initially fired, but then would not start. I noticed some seepage around the base of the Carb. Would starter fluid do that or do I need a new gasket? Has not been started in a while
 
Autozone carries the base gasket (Holley brand I think)

Nothing should seep around the gasket.
Also make sure the carb isn't loose.
