I've actually owned the car for 30 years now, and built it with left over parts and pieces that i had laying around other than the safety stuff like brakes and suspension, the gas tank and sending unit was new, and so were the gears and clutch.
It started life as a 225 slant 6 with auto on the column and a bench seat.
I left all of the original slant 6 numbers in place, so it's a ''tribute'' car i suppose.
The whole right side of the car is original paint, and the stripes and decals were added, of course.
I do have a lot of fun driving it, i must say..............
