Radiator choices 26" or 22"

Got the high flow water pump on it. But when your right. Your right. You cant over cool the engine. And it is going to see primarily if not most of its life on the drag strip. With the occasional cruise over to the car show a mile away.
I got to disagree here. I remember when every track had a watering hole. Guys could dump their water and refill with cold water. They would run small radiators for less weight and deal with the hassle of changing the water. Cars were set up to dump the water fast. Dont see this no more.
Your motor will make more power and last longer at 180° as compared to say 150°. Heat is horsepower. The question is, do you have enough reserve cooling capacity to handle the additional heat your making at full power? If not, your temp climbs. Maybe into the danger zone. If so then you leave the line at a lower temp so as to remain at a safe temp. If your system is up to the task, all that is out the window. So you should be able to overcool your motor. But running a good high flow thermostat, you dont.
