Rock Auto doesn't have a phone number either. I had one issue with them that didn't get resolved. I sent parts back and it cost me over half the price of the brake drums for shipping costs. It was my fault They were the wrong parts. I just didn't like the process. There was no one to talk to to plead my case if it wouldn't have been my fault. You have to use the computer to resolve things.
