Ok, I was thinking about removing the paint on the high side of the behousing. Maybe the power coat is thicker on that side, or the paint thickness could be the difference.
You might be right on that. You have a point. I just checked mine... it's off a little bit, .010 on one side and .012 on the other. But I think we cut these numbers in half though. I don't know.
