Has anyone had any dealing with this company, thinking of buying a tremec 6 speed from them. Seem like a good company to deal with, what’s your thoughts or experiences with them?

I talked to there tech line because I was installing an old Keisler Tremec conversion and hydraulic release bearing in my 67 Barracuda. They were very helpful even without me spending any money with them. My 1 1/2 cents

I bought a TKO-600 from them last year. I think most of their crew was with Keisler and are actually in the same building, so they have a lot of experience. The customer service has been good. I would buy from them again.

Yep, they bought out Keisler, I bought 2 set-ups TKO 5 speed from Keisler and they were great to deal with, very helpful.I understand that service was passed to the Silver State people. That was almost 20 years ago and I'm still on their mailing list and get updates all the time from them. When I do my truck I will be using a Sliver State OD set-up.

Got the TKO 5 from Silver Sport. Great to deal with. Very responsive. Not enough miles to report on the 5 speed yet.

My father purchased the complete 5 speed auto to manual conversation kit for his 72 Charger. He said he wished he had done it earlier. Well engineered package with wonderful support. Highly recommend
I will also mention it’s big and the 6 speed is even larger. I would be prepared for some modifications perhaps even with a big hammer.

Dennis has a 69 Coronet, an original 440 4 speed so it has the Dana 60 with 3.54 gears. I have the 8 3/4" with 3.55s. The trans he has is the one with the .64 5th gear.

Ok ,just wonder what my rpms will be at highway speed. Running 410 gears with .64 overdrive. Went with 410 because plan on racing the car a bit. Couple pics included.

T56 Magnum Conversion

I cover the entire BOM on a conversion for a T56 magnum there. You don't have to buy a kit from one supplier - I'm not sure you will get everything you need from them anyway. I did buy a shift handle from them and they were good to deal with. You may want to look over the topic too since it may help with your install.

I bought my transmission, bellhousing, and hydraulic clutch conversion from Home who was also good to deal with.

I bought my Legend Gear 700 5 speed from Keisler just before they went out. When I needed some kind of support with it I tried to contact Silver Sport with questions and the wouldn't even respond to me. Wouldn't even tell me we dont sell that any more, nothing. This was thru emails not the phone.
