Hi my name is cliff. I recently (may) sold myHarley and spent part of the money on a 66 270 wagon.

Trying to find an appropriate "dragon sickness" picture, but with a wagon twist.... unfortunately....i do not have those kind of skills......any Photoshop gurus out there?

Welcome from Fredericksburg, VA. Very cool wagon. Looks like it is in great shape.[/Thanks, it is.. I bought it from a wholesaler in Peru Ill. back in may for 3k and even though I couldn't drive it the 600 miles home I did drive it on the trailer. The car spent it's whole life in northern Ca. so except for the front floorboards it is completely rust free.

There are plenty of wagon guys and at least one girl on here. I'm on my 3rd one. I save all my stuff (yeah I have an extra set of side glass and seals, sorry ), but I have bought wagon specific stuff from member Lee Robinson. He seems to really know his stuff. Good luck, nice car !
Thanks man, I will try to raise member Lee Robinson to check into rear side glass rubber. Thanks for the tip..

Love that long top  Welcome aboard

Wouldn't 30 miles west of TRaverse put you in Lk. Mich? Been too long since I've been up there.
But plan to do the annual hill climb at/by sleeping bear this summer. I live in KY though.

A lot of people don't know this, but JC Whitney sells EVERY type of weatherstrip on ANY car EVER made. They sell it in bulk. You have to go on their site and look at the pictures to match yours up. They have pictures of the weatherstrip taken from the end so you can see how it is shaped. You simply remove yours, cut it and look at the end and match up what you need and order it in however many feet you need.

Of course, you will have to glue it together, because it does not come one piece, but that's very easy to do. Just put the joint at the bottom and use a good weatherstrip adhesive such as something from 3M. Very easy to do.

That's how JC Whitney got their start by offering weatherstrip for anything made and if they do not have it, you can send in a sample and they will custom make however much you need, but they will have what you are looking for.

I found the windshield rubber at classic ind bot it's moulded one piece and just wouldn't work cfor the rear side glass on a wagon. Never even thought about j c Whitney and getting it in bulk...... Thanks for the tip. I'm sure it will be less expensive as well. Man am I glad I joined this forum!
