Greetings - just obtained a 66 Dart and need to install Correct Super stock springs and off set hangers if needed to accommodate the following size tire [ 29.50 x 7"] slick to be used for Super Stock class racing . I currently have a 8.75 rear-end with drum brakes and was told it was out of a 70 Duster thanks for any advice etc , PS was looking today and the stock springs are almost flat they could be used to make some nice knifes .

you can get the offset hanger kit from Mancini Racing

Other than the spring perches not being included wouldn't u say these kits are very similar
Mancini $260.95
Doctor Diff $175.00

You need the ready to race car weight to get the correct spring.
Why a 7 inch tire?

Southeastern Gassers Association rules for 2019
Hoosier built new tire for this group for Stocker Stock class
Tires is probably like 9 or 9.50 with sidewall but tread will be 7" .
We are also limited to 8" wide rim.

They do the same thing, but the DoctorDiff kit is by far a higher quality kit. The Mancini kit is just the overpriced Mopar Performance kit.

I’ve used both, the MP kit is a waste of money.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything that Cass sells. He's not going to ruin his reputation by selling inferior parts. That's not who he is.

I think there's a decent chance the tires will fit without offset.
Real SS springs should have some arch when loaded. There's actually lots of SS springs as mentioned above. These include original SS springs and Direct Connection SS springs for different cars and weights.
Good background in the DC Bulletins. Especially this one.
