I looked up the info on it. It says I'm exempt in some states, but not all. In California I would have to pay the sales tax, but Washington state I'd be exempt. As crazy as it sounds, it's on a state by state deal. Oregon and Washington are considered sister states. What one does, the other does. One hand washes the other essentially.
