Actually "it's not" that easy. If a burner is old enough, you won't be able to get the orifices, and you also have to change the spring in the gas valve, and again if the valve is old enough, you won't get that, either.
If that is the case, the furnace is old enough for me not to use it.....why would someone install a 20+ year old furnace, without checking it out first?
