They are an expensive pump. I have one on my 408 (which is the one I'm converting to -20 on the outlet)

I have another on my 360 that's on the stand that I'll also do. I really like the Edelbrock water pumps.

It's really not that big of a deal though, -16 on top, -20 on the bottom. I've found that's how it's done... When everything works out okay, I'll convert my other engine the same way.

Only not with JB-Weld!! LOL.

Hey, do what you want man. It just seems strange to me to go out and buy a $300 water pump for it’s performance and then immediately restrict it.

But maybe I’m just a cheap bastard.

72, this is all ultimately going through a thermostat hole about the size of a nickle...how much of a reduction is that?

The passages in the heads are smaller than that.

Just knock all the lines down to 1/2”, shouldn’t make a difference right?
