I am running a Torker on my 383 now and the hood clearance with a stock silenced air cleaner (the style air cleaners that run the 383 Magnum pie pan) is fine. I would like to switch to an Performer RPM #7186. I have a flat hood on my 68 Dart. The intakes highest point is about 1.20 " taller than the Torker. Wondered if anyone had experience with this combo. Mancini sells a 1" drop base for my stock air cleaner setup. Didn't know if that would clear my Holley Double Pumper as well. Also, my engine is mounted with small block to big block conversion mounts. Thanks
