mopar performance rocker shafts?

The 4th hole was larger in your old shafts where the oil comes up the pedestal and the pedestal has a slight scallop for the oil to enter the shaft. The oil should come up into the shaft with the clearance between the shaft opening and the bolt diameter. It may be that all 5 holes on the new shaft are larger than the four smaller ones on your old shaft so you do not see the difference. You can always measure the difference between the bolt diameter and the shaft hole to compare to other set ups if it concerns you. I do not know the recommend clearance if there is one off myself.
