Ok so your question is about a magnum short block with W heads, right? If that's right, just have the Magnum block deck drilled through for rocker shaft oiling and chose your poison for W series valve gear. Right? Any competent machine shop could do it. Hell, for that matter, someone good with a drill press could set it up, I imagine.
