Paypal has had instances where they charge sellers an incorrect fee. Happened to me a couple weeks ago. Buyer in TX and I got hit with an international fee. Sent an email and it got fixed.
Crap happens sometimes.
Shipping is STUPID expensive now. Things have a changed and prices are not going back down. Be creative with searching out shipping alternative you have. Shipping an intake in a $19 USPS flat rate game board box as an example.
Even greyhound isn't all that good anymore.
