Unusual things on my 1966 barracuda

If it is a California car, it probably has the Clean Air Package, explaining the black air cleaner on the Commando engine. The 9 inch brakes all around with the disk brake master is odd, but possible. Weird things happen on the assembly line.

The vinyl top on the car is a rare option, not many had that. Whats the 7th digit of the VIN? If its a 5, the car was made in the Los Angeles assembly plant, confirming the mandatory Clean Air Package.

I would love to see a clear photo of the fender tag.

Yes car is definitely a CA car and does have the CAP. I thought that I've seen CA Commando engines with CAP and chrome air cleaners though. I haven't been able to find where this exact black air cleaner was used on big block cars. That doesn't mean it hasn't but I haven't seen that.
