Ordering above items this week and need some advice or input !!!
If they only sale these for 67 and up Dart which is a little wider than my 66 Dart which im ordering these for so if I have to buy the 67 and up what issues can I expect to run into using the LA engine in my car ,
I hope they sale them for the 66 model but that's wishful thinking etc .

Header options on Early A are limited and costly. If you're lookin for used, again, limited and costly. However ,they do pop up occasionally.

True fenderwell headers (hooker) shouldnt be a problem with a small block.
But talk to the tech guys at Summit/Jegs to confirm.

Thanks not going with Hookers #
Headman Hustler division is in Atlanta and they will still make them on demand so probably going with them !
I live just below Atlanta plus last two sets I bought looked like S!!t .

I bought them for my Rambler and I had to spend about two hrs on each one addressing the poor quality of ports .

That is one cool looking AMC!

What I meant by "true" fenderwell, was all tubes go out thru wells behind front wheels ,regardless of brand.

Front tires will rub a bit turning all the way. Tire size and front ride height determines the amount of rub obviously....

Husler Division of Hedman Headers and they still produce the # 75110 which is for the 64-66 Dart so im good and these are offered in 1 7/8 with 3" collector so they should work for me.

they can make them with W2 flanges to per a conversation years ago. 1 7/8 is huge for a small block. wonder if they would throw some B flanges on for grins? :)
IIRC the AMC "dog leg" heads were fantastic stock heads.

Correct he asked me today if my heads were
W2 or stock type .

Looks like an old wisconsin engine?
I had a twin cylinder Wisconsin/Case trencher built in 1968 and was one of the best small engines ive seen.
My buddies father bought the engine at Military auction years ago
