Don't Want That Yellow Look!!

I have a 1965 Dodge Dart GT with the Pearl White. Changed it out a few years back and it was not a pure white then. Over the years it just seems to be a bit duller than when new. A slight bit of yellow has shown up and would like to freshen it up. Just thought I would ask what others have or use to clean their white upholstery with.

the pearl top coat spray on the vinyl is yellowing. IF your willing to take a chance of ruining your white base, use lacquer thinner to remove the pearl topcoat (water based dye and cross linked for adhesion) there is a 50/50 chance to clear it up or mottle up the dye so bad you'll have to replace it or re-dye it. Or you could use a cross linked water based dye and redo your seats right after using the thinner to open the pores up in the vinyl. That's what we do (using a good hlvp touch up gun)when we have to color match either vinyl to leather or vice versa in the Lincoln leather seats I help build.
