Nice! Used the same kit with Heddman headers, Flowmaster 40's, and Pypes 68-70 Charger tips. It all went in easy and fit very well with me helping my exhaust guy. We had two small pieces left over. I don't care for a crossover either, any small gain isn't worth it being in the way to me, and I like the way it sounds better without one.
