That's disgusting. Why would anyone ever want to do that to another living thing? Hope they find the guy and he gets more than a "slap on the wrist".
I just brought a dog home last week. He had been hanging around our construction site for about a week. Pretty scared of sudden movements and timid. I'm guessing he's has been abused. His tail is kinked from being broke. And the vet said he has had some broken/fractured bones on his front legs. He walks with a bit of a limp.
He has taken a liking to my kids but HATES my female lab.
