Yes sir. My 73 Valiant 318 never had the fuel delivery problem that my 67 273 had, so I studied their differences. The fuel line was rerouted in the later model. Fuel filter was positioned vertically by the timing cover. The carb had a very thick base gasket under it. Fuel line rework and thickest base gasket I could buy cured it.
