Why hasn’t anyone cast them out of aluminum. Like reverse engineering it? I’m saying this knowing little to, safer to say none about foundry work. But, if we can land on the moon? A slanty aluminum head surely can’t be that hard or that expensive? Just a thought. I would buy one as long as it wasn’t over the top expensive.

Because an aluminum slant head copy will be just a lightweight slant head. If someone makes an all new cross flow casting, then we'd be onto something. Only trouble there is, since the engine favors the passenger side, WHERE would the exhaust go? Remove the passenger's side fender well? As the head is, there is literally very little room for improvement leaving it a non cross flow design.
