Don't forget the lead in paint.
Kids used to eat the paint chips in window sills when i was a kid.
We used to wash car parts and our hands in leaded gasoline.
After you were finished, your hands would be white with the lead left on them, and if you had any cuts on your hands, that would really freakin' hurt as well!
Iodine was some nasty ****.
I avoided it at all costs..............
