If it had been acted on. And they had taken him in while sis was alive I don't think there would be any question that it would continue. But I don't think it has much bearing unless they wanted custody and were goin to fight for it. Was there any legal paper trail for him living with grandmother? If so that would certainly override the 'agreement' Greg made since it actually happened. Don't know if court would push for her to keep him or some other arrangement.
