It will only work if you have the LA intake bolt pattern in your heads. What you can do, it upgrade your heads to the EngineQuest (EQ) Magnum heads with the intake bolt pattern. I believe the part number 318B or something like that. I have a set on my LA 360 that was prepped by IMM Engines in Indio, CA. They are great heads!!
