The only recommendation I would have would be to start small with the fender openings and enlarge wherever the header hits. It seems whenever I have used the templates provided by the makers of the headers the hole is overly large which leaves an unsightly gap around them and also causes the high pressure in the wheel well to hold heat under the hood. Then after fitting tin around them the temp gets regulated but it looks like crap.
Thank you - yes club rules state cut only as much as needed so I will do all I can to get fitment correct one headers can be installed I will pull the 340 and prepare it for storage and start tearing car down for paint work.
