Probably not. I disagree it's the rings. Since the advent of modern oil additive packages, plus the EFI, rings and cylinders last a very long time. I am befuddled that you would not even put intake gaskets on it. That's cheap and a Saturday afternoon.

Did you see the pictures? If it passes inspection come may I will put a intake gasket on it. And drive it another year. I seriously dought it will pass inspection and I'm not putting that kind of time and money into it just to drive it 2 more months.
