Theres rough idle, and theres rough idle

I think moparmitch did the same. He owned a few parts stores and sold out to "the man" but owned the buildings. Ha HA HA!!! I love it.
My machine shop PER Portland engine rebuilders (Ted King and Ron Larson) had their building on 10th and Hawthorne that they own! And it was kind of in what we call a bit of the industrial or old industrial area which is now becoming Ultra trendy and I mean spendy spendy condos and apartments. thankfully they're old enough now that they wanted to move out of that area and closer to home and are now working out of a custom hand-built shop they built on property near their home. they brought all the best high-end equipment and packed it into their shop and now exclusively just do custom work. But still that real old school take all the time to answer all your questions kind of people and I'm positive they're renting that building out for a mint of money! And good for them!
