Whirlpool Gas Dryer Has the Squeaks

My wifes dryer is a Samsung, its doing the same thing. Will raise cain for a bit , a squeaking grinding type noise and then quit and run quietly for a long time then start over at a reduced noise level.
I am not worried about it as long as we`re here to watch it, and don`t leave with it running. Its still under warranty !

Mine did that at first. On my unit, one of the wheels finally seized and it flat spotted the wheel. In doing so, it left quite a bit of ground wheel distributed inside the front, inner-compartment of the dryer. I'm pretty sure it was not a fire hazard, but with all the dust I shop vacuumed out of it, it would have added some good fuel to a potential fire.
