Exhaust manifold leak

Finishing up my 5.9 magnum swap in my 69 Dart. Using factory 340 hp manifolds with magnum gaskets, can't get driver's side sealed. Have checked manifold and is clean and straight, any suggestions ?
 
Smear some ultra copper around the ports and use a gasket of your choice. That seems to seal my turbo and manifolds well.
 
I had a problem with one of Barracudas years ago, trying to install a manifold, there was a boss of sorts on the block I had to shave off with an angle grinder......kept the manifold from resting correctly on the head.
 
One member cracked his early A manifold before he noticed the interference of late model head. He cut some metal from head and some from another manifold. I think fear of cutting into water was his concern and reason for cutting some clearance from both parts.
 
Just an update, did a little grinding on the block and that took care of it, thanks for the help.
