I'm surprised to see carpet in there, I thought they tried everything to make the car lighter. Just surprised is all I know carpet might not weigh that much. :)
This carpet is lightweight....I guess Butch liked it nice. The non-factory carpet installed when the car was built still resides aft of the roll bar. The front pieces were duplicated from the remains. Same stuff, just 40-plus years newer!
Carpet was "optional" in M/P (1975).... carpet also hides "creative engineering"....just sayin'
