You can just get the adapters from scarebird and the rest thru parts store.
The calipers are 90's chevy celebrity..
They will tell you everything you will need.

I had the rotors drilled 5 x 4 pattern,bought reman caliper,and forget what brake hose but believe rear disc for a cadillac.
