1965-72 Dodge, Plymouth "A" body, with 10" drums Wheel Kit

as far as I can understand it uses the toyota previa rotors redrilled to 5 on 4 and 1990 celebrity calipers....
am I missing something. just figuring out if its a workshop stuff I can make. or figure if it would be cheaper just to buy.

I am aware that I will need a proportioning valve

You can just get the adapters from scarebird and the rest thru parts store.
The calipers are 90's chevy celebrity..
They will tell you everything you will need.

I'm doing my 63 dart this weekend...9 in drums but similiar setup
I had the rotors drilled 5 x 4 pattern, bought reman caliper, and forget what brake hose but believe rear disc for a cadillac.
Sorry lost paperwork .

would the calipers be from the 2.5 or the 3.1 celebrity?

How do those rotors work? They don't have a race to mount on to the spindle.

According to RockAuto, they're the same caliper
my bad... noticed the 2.5 has more options... didnt notice... now which one is the brand that clears the 14inch poverty rims hahaha
I wouldnt mind grinding

then another question:
well besides the brake line... the rotors are front or rear from the previa?

Rotors are 1991-94 Toyota Previa front rotor with rear drum option Raybestos 96174.
Calipers are for 1990 Chevy Celebrity, Raybestos RC4234 and RC4233.
Brake hose are for 1979-82 Eldorado front, BH36959 metal braket has to be removed.
Brkae pads are1990 Celebrity Wagner MX215

Are the holes precision drilled or could they be drill press drilled with a good center punch? considering the hub is hub-centric I wonder if you could get away with "close enough" stud holes...?

They give you a paper pattern to use with a drill press.
They also include plastic centric rings to center the rotor,in case your stud holes are loose.

Wow thank you all!!! I hope this helps for future references as well..
It sums up to about half price...

Be advised, if you put in longer studs, you may also need to drill the stud holes a little larger to clear the new nub on the new studs. Ask me how I know.

Wait. For the new hub?
I didnt get this haha

Here is my $0.02. If budget is a problem, then I understand. If you can afford a few hundred more, the Stainless Steel Brake Corp kit is AWESOME. Truly bolt on and 100% complete. Best upgrade ever.

Theres a lot I need to still do on the car, plus in my case its not just the price and shipping the problem. The problem is that I need to export it from the USA to Guatemala city central america. That rises the price about 50 percent more.
So imagine a kit that is 500 bucks ends up around 800ish... Thats on every single part. So a few hundred here, a few hundred there ends up in thousands.

WOW THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR GREAT HELP... I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. ILL MAKE A ROCKAUTO LIST AND TOTAL WITHOUT SHIPPING TO HAVE A PRICE RANGE

List with parts and prices from www.rockauto.com, www.scarebird.com, www.summitracing.com without shipping or discounts to date: march 11th 2019

2 Rotors Raybestos 96174. $26.34
1 Caliper Raybestos RC4234 (includes pads). $41.99
1 Caliper Raybestos RC4233 (includes pads). $41.99
2 Brake hoses for 1979-82 Eldorado front, BH36959 . $17.80
1 Scarebird caliper braket for A-body 1965-72 for 10" drums $125.00
1 Summitracing adjustable brake proportioning valve SUM-G3905 $39.99

sums up to a total of: $293.11 vs scarebirds kit $479.99 (plus your choice of proportioning valve)
you will have to add the longer studs, and re-drill the rotors. Plus if using the stock 14 inch steel wheels you might have to clear the caliper (apparently some bands are narrower than others so just a matter of luck) or maybe just use a 1/4 inch spacer (I have not tried this yet) and it will end up adding outwards the wheel about 1/2" after the rotor and spacer.

How well has this setup worked out for you, just got a 72 swinger recon it'd work for that ?
